[Wood]land and Marsh nearest to the mouth of the Creek after the decease of Derrick Lawrenson and by a Decree of the provinciall judges at a Court held the twenty ffourth Day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred eighty six was adjudged to be the proper right and Estate of  Hybert Lawrenson as the only heire of this said Derrick Lawrenson and the said Hybert Lawrenson in his life time  having sold the said Moiety of the said land to John Heally of Apogninomy Yeoman which said Moiety or half-part of the said land the said John Heally sold and conveyed  unto Marinns  Dewitt and Anne King and whereas Cornelius Williamson aforesaid and Jane the wife of John Gossett son and daughter of the aforesaid Derrick Williamson have a right to and an
