I Jane Esther Gosset Widow of Matthew Gosset Esqr., late of Poland Street in the parish of St. James in the County of at Middlesex being in sound Mind, Memory and understanding – do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form of [___]ing that is to say ffirst and principally I recommend my Soul to Almighty God in hopes of Salvation through the Merits Death and passion of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and I render my Body in hopes of a joyfull Resurrection to be reposited by my late husband in the vault or burying place I have Erected in St. Mary La Bones Burying Ground my burial to be decent and much in the same manner as my late husband was and I give the said Vault or Burying place which I have Erected at my own Cost and Charges to the use of my said late Husband's and my own relations forever Item I give and bequeath to my Eldest Brother Philip le Touzay and after him to his Son and grand children the sum of six hundred pounds sterling which are at the three per Cent in the Exchequer Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Elizabeth Pujolas the Interest of ffive hundred pounds Sterling to be paid her regularly during her Natural Life after the rate of three per Cent per Annum and after her decease the said five hundred pounds to be divided as followeth viz: One hundred pounds to Jane le Touzay my God daughter One hundred pounds to my Godson Mathew le Touzay One hundred pounds to Thomas le Touzay Two hundred pounds to the present and future Children of George le Touzay to be divided equally between them Born or not be Born Item I give and bequeath to John le Touzay Eldest Son of my Brother John le Touzay the sum of Six hundred pounds sterling as they are now at the Exchequer bearing three and a half per Cent Interest Item I give and bequeath to George le Touzay One thousand two hundred pounds as they are now at the Exchequer bearing three and a half per Cent Interest that is to say Two hundred pounds at his own Disposal and the One thousand pounds to Remain in Trust in the Names of my Executors here after named for the Benefit of his present and future Children to be divided equally and the said George le Touzay to enjoy the Interest during his Natural Life only and in case he should die before his Wife she shall Enjoy the Interest of the said One thousand pounds as long as she shall remain a Widow of the said George le Touzay and if she should Marry the said Interest to be directly applied for the use of the said Children Item I give and bequeath to Abraham Gosset Merchant in Jersey the sum of ffour hundred pounds as they are now at the Exchequer bearing three per Cent Interest Item I give and bequeath to the three Children of Peter Gosset deceased the sum of ffour hundred pounds as they are now at the Exchequer bearing three per Cent Interest which Interest of the said four hundred pounds shall be paid to the Widow of the said Peter Gosset for her use and the use of her three Children as long as they are under age but when of age or Married shall receive each one third of the half of the principal and the Mother shall Enjoy the Interest of the one half during the time she shall be a Widow and no longer Item I with all the appurtenances One pair Scotland sheets and two ordinary pairs with six Table cloaths Item I give and bequeath to Anna Gosset God-daughter of my late Dear Spouse my Smallest Silver Cup and six Silver desert Spoons To my God-daughter Ester Gosset I give and bequeath my Ring with Brilliants and my little Silver Salver To the servant Maid who shall be with me at the time of my decease one whole year's Wages to be paid her directly as a Reward the three pictures to with two of my late husband and one of his Mother I give and bequeath to my two Executors hereinafter named of this my last Will and Testament The residue of pictures Silver Silver plate Rings Jewels Cloaths and Moveable Goods and Effects whatsoever The Capital lying at the Exchequer excepted I give and bequeath to George le Touzay who hath been brought up and has always lived with me [ ] I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate whatsoever after the payment of my just Debts Legacies before-mentioned funeral Expenses and the Expenses of proving this my last Will To Gideon and Isaac Gosset both my dear Nephews of Berwick Street Soho to be also divided between them that Gideon Gosset shall have One hundred pounds more in his share than Isaac Gosset his Brother and I Nominate Constitute and Appoint them the said Gideon Gosset and Isaac Gosset Executors of this my last Will and Testament herewith revoking and making void all former Wills and Testaments and Deeds of Gifts by me at any time heretofore made Ratifying and Confirming this to be my last Will and Testament In [
