His wife was Catherine Berkeley "Kitty" Bourne, who he married on 15 OCT 1872 in Mt. Sterling, Montgomery, KY. Their five known children were Walker Bourne (1873-1936), Joanna "Josie" (1875-?), Henry Stone (1877-1939), Willey Jameson (1879-?) and Sarah Elizabeth (1883-1911).
